Our starter set with premium organic Karigane gyokuro from Kagoshima (100g) paired with an authentic Japanese Tokoname kyusu hand-thrown from natural clay. 330ml, black, with an integrated stainless steel strainer, sourced directly from Japan.
Organic Gyokuro Karigane
This karigane is specially made for us from the stems of a premium gyokuro blend. The high quality of the ichibancha leaves, the blend of Yabukita with the umami-rich cultivars, the full shading and the tea farmer's masterly cultivation and processing result in a very noble, mild gyokuro, with a relatively high amount of amino acids and little caffeine. Pleasantly sweet without any bitterness.
Kyusu Tokoname Tomisen Sawayaka Kuro
A classic black Tokoname-yaki kyusu teapot, perfect for enjoying all kinds of Japanese green tea. Made from red iron-rich clay with black Chara coating. 330ml
