Our optimised Iso-Whey Protein Powder is of the highest premium quality and is produced on the basis of 100% whey protein isolate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. Whey protein isolate is obtained from the whey using a gentle filtration process (cross-flow microfiltration), which results a low fat and lactose content and a full amino acid spectrum.
Our iso-whey protein powder "Matcha" is characterised by its unmistakable taste of real Japanese matcha powder, which is underlined by its creamy consistency. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use natural flavours and high-quality premium ingredients. For example, this protein powder contains over 3% real, premium Japanese matcha powder from the Yoshi en tea store. We also use the functional sugar D-tagatose, which is known among experts for its benefits.
