Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that can only be absorbed by the body when combined with fats. Sunday Natural vitamin D3 is dissolved in high-quality MCT oil for optimal bioavailability and can therefore be directly utilised by the body. In contrast to capsules and tablets that must first be digested in order for their active ingredients to be released, vitamin D3 combined with oil is readily available and can be optimally absorbed. Our MCT coconut oil is completely free from additives and the medium-chain fatty acids in the carrier oil constitute valuable nutrients themselves.
Oils are easy to use, and are therefore suitable for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules and tablets. All our oils come in amber glass bottles with a precision dropper.
