Lady's Mantle
Lady's mantle (Alchemilla), a member of the Rosaceae family, is predominantly found in Europe, Asia and Africa, especially at high altitudes. In Europe alone, there are approximately 300 species of this plant. The name Alchemilla alludes to its almost magical properties: the water droplets which form on the inside of its leaves have been used as a household remedy since ancient times.
White Tea
Camellia Sinensis is a tea plant whose origins are shrouded in legend. It is thought to have originated in the tropical foothills of the Himalayas. This shrub is now cultivated in many countries around the world. In TCM, it is an integral part of treatments with herbs and teas.
Mugwort
The common mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) belongs to the Artemisia family and is one of the oldest known herbs. It originated in central and northern Europe, conquering the northern hemisphere from there.

Originating from India, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) was brought to Europe by Benedictine monks and cultivated in monastery gardens. It is a papilionaceous plant and was highly valued in ancient times. It is not only found in Africa, Asia and Europe, but is also native to Australia.
Yarrow
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is found throughout Europe and northern Asia and has a long tradition in herbalism. According to Greek mythology, the soldier Achilles also used yarrow, and it is to this legend that yarrow owes its Latin name Achillea millefolium.
Peppermint
The incredibly versatile peppermint (Mentha Piperita L.) belongs to the labiate family. Its uses are as old as mankind itself. Medicinal peppermint is a triple bastard of three Mentha species and thrives in all temperate climate zones.
Rosemary
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a typical Mediterranean herb; from Portugal to the Ionian Sea, rosemary can now be found growing wild in many Mediterranean countries. The evergreen semi-shrub belongs to the labiate family.
Hawthorn
Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata) is a rose plant and its many uses make this plant indispensable in tea blends. It is native to the entire northern hemisphere and its healing properties have been known since ancient times. It is worn in amulets, used as a gateway or as a border planting in fields to provide protection and promote fertility. It loves to grow on the edges of forests or as a hedge in sunny locations and can live for up to 500 years.
