The fresh leaves are hand-harvested daily all year round. The leaves are hand-picked, carefully sorted, separated from their stems, then gently cleaned. Within an hour of harvesting, they are freshly processed in order to ensure that their full nutrient content is preserved. The leaves are furthermore dried at low temperatures, allowing the moringa powder to retain its full raw food quality. Following this, the dried leaves are gently ground to a fine powder.
