- Mixture of 25% organic cashews, 25% organic almonds, 25% organic sunflower seeds, 25% organic hazelnuts, 12% organic hemp seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic chia seeds
- No additives, including added oils or sugar
- Mechanically peeled, without steam, then coarsely crushed in a modern crusher with water cooling under vacuum and no heating
- Unique grinding process: slow ground at cold temperatures on traditional stone mills with water cooling, producing food of the highest raw quality and with a longer shelf life (2-3 years!)
- Full and creamy, with only very minimal, naturally occurring oil
