It distinguishes itself with small almond slivers and its characteristic creamy, barely oily consistency, which is the result of a long tradition of craftsmanship. For almost 60 years, all nut butters have been slowly ground in small batches on stone mills under water cooling. This old and now rare production method gives this butter an incomparably pure and natural almond flavour.
