Olive Poem is a young olive oil farm established in 2017, located on the Peloponnese peninsula in the province of Laconia. Olive cultivation in this region dates back to antiquity, and due to the perfect climatic conditions, the olives grown there have developed a unique aroma. Olive Poem aims to uphold this heritage with its centuries-old olive groves and traditional techniques. They exclusively use native olive varieties and refrain from using any chemicals or even water in cultivation. The olive trees of Olive Poem are perfectly adapted to the prevailing dry climate and require neither water nor chemical fertilisers to thrive.
