The cooling massage oil Muscle Recovery helps tired and stiff muscles to relax and has a soothing effect. Massaged into the muscles before exercise, it has a relaxing and invigorating effect; after strenuous activity, it has a relaxing and invigorating at the same time. It contains seven different 100% natural essential oils, which are hand-picked and distilled with gentle steam fresh from the harvest, as well as proven oil extracts of arnica, calendula and St. John's wort. L-menthol rounds off this finely balanced formulation with its cooling effect, which has been compiled after extensive research into the world's highest quality active plant ingredients. Valuable organic plant oils help to moisturise and intensively nourish the skin.
The essential oil of rosemary ct. Verbenone, from a warm Mediterranean location in Spain, is one of the best known rosemary essential oil chemotypes due to its camphor content, which has a muscle-relaxing and soothing effect on sore muscles. Spikenard lavender has a stimulating effect as it contains up to 30% of the oxide 1,8-cineole and about 15% camphor, making it very beneficial for aches and pains in the muscles and joints. Ginger and rosemary form a complementary combination that can have a particularly stimulating effect. Roman chamomile from Morocco has a relaxing effect. Spanish immortelle, from a dry Mediterranean location, is highly valued for its skin-regenerating effect and can have a supportive effect on bruises. Clove bud and laurel are traditionally known to have soothing properties. L-menthol is naturally extracted from the essential oil of Indian field mint and produces a pleasantly cooling, invigorating sensation when applied to the skin.
The proven herbal extracts of arnica, St. John's wort and calendula have soothing properties and can help to provide relief and improve well-being after strenuous activities. Valuable certified organic oils from avocado, grape seed, almond, jojoba and apricot contain natural vitamins and important fatty acids and are therefore particularly nourishing for the skin. They are the carrier oils of this finely balanced massage oil and leave the skin nourished and supple. Suitable for full or partial body massages.

For a pleasant massage experience, first warm some massage oil in the palms of your hands and then apply to the desired areas of the body. Apply to the skin with gentle, even circular movements and massage in with light pressure until the oil is absorbed by the skin. Depending on your skin type, you may need a little more or less.
