It makes a significant contribution to the supply of vitamin A and vitamin K2 as well as the minerals and trace elements magnesium, zinc, iron, copper and iodine. It also provides silicon, MSM, boron and coenzyme Q10. With a targeted selection of high-quality superfoods, All in One - ONE A DAY also provides important plant substances from spirulina and wild blueberry.
Essentials All in One - ONE A DAY thus delivers a unique spectrum of over 30 vitamins, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants and plant substances.
Our All in One - ONE A DAY blends these ingredients in a harmonious ratio, ensuring a balanced, even supply of nutrients; by contrast, one-sided compositions can easily lead to imbalances that promote dysregulation or deficiencies. A targeted selection of active ingredients can minimise mutual absorption inhibition of nutrients among each other, which can be a major problem with many multivitamins. The use of microencapsulated vitamin K2 can prevent stability problems that often lead to major nutrient losses with conventional multivitamins.
Water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C Plus complex with vitamin C, polyphenol-C® & berry polyphenols. Enhanced vitamin B complex with premium bioactive ingredients (R5P, P5P, D-Biotin) including 3 important cofactors (CDP-Choline, Betaine/TMG, Myo-Innositol) - contains vitamin B12 as MH3A® formula, with 3 natural cobalamins (Methylcobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin) and folate as Magnafolate Pro®.
Fat-soluble vitamins: With premium vitamin D3 from the USA in combination with highly active, microencapsulated vitamin K2 MK7 all-trans from Norway, protected against decomposition by microencapsulation, natural vitamin E from sunflower oil and vitamin A in the form of retinyl acetate.
Minerals and trace elements. : With magnesium as magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide, zinc, iron and copper as highly bioavailable amino acid chelates (zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, copper lysinate), chromium, manganese, molybdenum and boron as premium pure substances, iodine in the form of potassium iodide, highly bioavailable selenium as sodium selenite, natural silicon from diatom algae, organic sulphur from MSM.
