Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is a member of the rose family. As a deciduous, perennial and herbaceous flowering perennial, it grows to a height of 15cm-50cm, depending on the species. The flowering period of the small, greenish-yellow individual flowers, which appear in large numbers, is limited to June to August. In the Middle Ages, it was the Celtic druids who used the guttation drops in lady's mantle leaves for ritual purifications. The tanning agents contained in this plant are particularly praised.
