Recommended Dosage
Take 1 level teaspoon (4g spirulina) with 200ml water before meals.
In cases of increased requirements, for example following illness, up to 10g spirulina can be taken per day. To reach a higher dose, gradually increase the number of tablets consumed each day.
Food Supplement
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
