Ground Me Essential Oil Blend for the aroma diffuser is based on exquisite essences that have been used for thousands of years in different cultures for spiritual and meditative purposes and are considered sacred. These include Palo Santo, also known as sacred wood, which is sustainably harvested in the northern Peruvian coastal region, as well as frankincense and myrrh from the Horn of Africa, which are carefully harvested by hand and processed in local distilleries. They are the primary synergistic combination in this blend, which has a complex combination of ingredients and fragrance: a resinous-spicy, sweet-woody, earthy aroma that has a stabilising and centering effect on the mind, body and soul.
The secondary oils in this blend are a combination of Himalayan cedarwood, vetiver, tonka bean and ho wood, which provide an additional comforting, calming and soothing direction. The chemical components of all these oils have a profound holistic effect.
Ground Me is an opulent blend of calming, stabilising, grounding sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpene alcohols paired with stimulating monoterpenes that firmly root, center and stabilise the mind while creating space for quiet contemplation and an inward journey.

Amber glass jar to protect against light and oxidation (free from plasticisers and BPA).
Remove product label by soaking the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Glue residue can be removed with dish soap or eucalyptus or orange essential oil.

For a soothing atmosphere in your own home, add approximately 4-8 drops to an aroma diffuser or drip onto a fragrance stone. Depending on the desired intensity and size and temperature of the room, adjust by +/- 1-2 drops.
