
Ginger
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a tropical spice that has been used in cooking and traditional herbalism for thousands of years. The tuber-like root (rhizome) of ginger contains many interesting phytochemicals, including gingerols, which are responsible for the tuber's flavour and versatile properties.
Ginger Extract
Natural ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract with a standardised gingerol content of 5%. Obtained via pure water-ethanol extraction in a 10:1 ratio without further solvents. Each capsule contains a full 500mg extract.
Fermented Ginger
Pure ginger powder activated by natural, controlled fermentation with the koji fungus (Aspergillus oryzae). The fermentation process creates new beneficial substances, while existing nutrients are enriched, stabilised or transformed, resulting in improved bioavailability. 300mg extract per capsule.
