This freshly aromatic essential oil is distilled from French tarragon plants (Artemisia dracunculus), which are cultivated organically in Provence using innovative and sustainable cultivation methods. The Mediterranean climate supports the optimal development of the natural ingredients, such as estragole (methyl chavicol), beta-ocimene and limonene, which dominate with a proportion of around 75%. For distillation, the plants are harvested twice a year in July and October and processed fresh in the local distillery to produce this essential oil, which reflects the typical fine flavours of tarragon.
