Recommended Dosage
For optimal intake and comfort, we recommend taking Sunday Essentials Complete with meals and always with 200ml water. Dosage can be adjusted to suit individual needs and dietary requirements.
Vitamins I: 1–3 capsules per day (ideally at breakfast)
Vitamins II Omega: 2 capsules per day (ideally at lunch)
Amino Complex Plus: 1–4 capsules per day (ideally at lunch or after a workout)
Multimineral: 1–4 capsules per day (ideally at dinner)
Daily Requirements
Meets daily requirements for vitamins C, D, E, and K2 as well as all B vitamins; provides more than the German Nutrition Society's (DGE) recommended amount of DHA/omega-3 fatty acids. Meets requirements for zinc, selenium, copper, chromium, manganese and molybdenum. Supplements daily requirements for calcium, magnesium, iron and iodine.
Warning
If you are taking blood thinners or suffering from a blood coagulation disorder, consult a doctor before taking this product. Taking vitamin K2 can reduce the effectiveness of coumarin-based blood thinners, necessitating dosage reevaluation.
