How are we different?
The name "cream of tartar" is derived from its production method. During the fermentation process of wine, small crystals are formed which are known as cream of tartar. The production of cream of tartar takes place in several steps. Firstly, the wine is cooled to encourage the formation of crystals. This causes the tartar to settle at the bottom of the container before the clear wine is drawn off from the tartar deposits in the next step. The crystals are then washed, dried and finely ground, resulting in a 100% genuine, pure cream of tartar powder. All ingredients are vegan, non-GMO and contain no hidden additives.

Daily Requirements
Our current high-sodium diet in particular promotes potassium deficiency. The recommended intake of potassium has been increased from 2,000 to 4,000mg per day in recent years.
Contraindications
People with a potassium balance disorder, in particular kidney dysfunction, as well as people with heart disease, insulin deficiency or diabetes mellitus should consult a doctor before using products containing potassium.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Even when stored in a dry place, lumps may form as no additives are used. The lumps can be crushed and do not impair the product.
