How are we different?

Our cissus extract is obtained from the root of the cissus quadrangularis plant using pure food-grade water-ethanol extraction. No additional extracting agents or carriers are required for this process. The extracted liquid is concentrated under vacuum and spray-dried to preserve the ingredients, resulting in a pure extract with a standardised high content of 20% ketosterones.

For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.

Effects

Cissus Quadrangularis is a perennial, wild-growing plant from the vine family (Vitaceae). It is primarily found in tropical regions such as India and Southeast Asia, where it is known as Asthisamharaka, a traditional plant used in naturopathy. Due to its strong, square branches, which resemble vertebrae in cross-section, cissus is also known as the "devil's backbone." In Thailand, cissus (also known as "Asthisamharaka") is used in Ayurveda.
