Catalase is a naturally occurring substance in the body that plays a crucial role in maintaining the strength of the skin and is significantly involved in the conversion of hydrogen peroxide, a byproduct of many metabolic processes, into water and oxygen. The protein enzyme can be produced by the organism itself, although this process is affected with age. However, the importance of catalase does not diminish over the years. The enzyme is found in increasing quantities in the peroxisomes of the liver and kidneys, as well as in red blood cells.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1 capsule (500mg catalase) with 200ml water daily.

Food Supplement

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
