Our capsaicin extract (cayenne pepper extract) is obtained from chilli peppers, cultivated and harvested by local farmers. These dedicated producers entrust their carefully selected raw materials to a well-established agricultural cooperative with over 15 years of experience. This cooperative ensures the consistent high quality of our product. We employ a pure water and food-grade ethanol extraction process, eliminating the need for any additional solvents or extraction agents like n-hexane, methanol, or acetone. This meticulous method guarantees a minimum 1.5% capsaicin content in the final dried product.
The only other ingredient we use is a pure natural filler of premium acacia fibre from pesticide-free cultivation. In contrast to conventional, synthetic fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose, which contains nanoparticles, we use a natural, fibre-rich food as a filler. Our acacia fibre comes from climate-neutral, sustainable resource-conserving and fair cultivation.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
