How are we different?
In liposomal formulations, the active ingredient molecules are encapsulated within lipids and can thus can be better absorbed through the intestinal walls and into cells. As a result, these formulations achieve higher availability than conventional powders, capsules or tablets. The liposomes in this water-soluble formula are significantly smaller than 500nm, offering high stability and effective absorption in the digestive tract.
In order to offer a genuine liposomal formulation with excellent availability, a certain ratio of active ingredient to phospholipids must be achieved; otherwise only emulsions are present, which offer no advantage. This product provides a a genuinely liposomal formulation with the highest possible concentration of B vitamins to phospholipids (lecithins). The B-complex provides all 8 essential B vitamins in balanced and moderate doses, making it particularly flexible for individual requirements. The phospholipids are derived from pure lecithin from sunflowers grown exclusively in the EU, mainly in Germany.
To achieve an effective liposomal formula with a high bioavailability, the product is stabilised exclusively with plant-based glycerol; natural malic acid produced by fermentation and rosemary extract also prevent oxidation, completely eliminating the use of citric acid. The product is bottled in light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic, under the exclusion of oxygen.

B Vitamins
Today, the B vitamins include 8 water-soluble bioactives known as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid. In contrast to other vitamins, the B vitamins cannot be stored in the body over a longer period of time and must therefore be supplied daily through food. The only exception is vitamin B12, which can be stored in the liver.
Some of the B vitamins work very closely together and their effects are interdependent; it is therefore important to ensure an adequate supply of all B vitamins. As the B vitamins are distributed across all food groups, only a very balanced diet provides all B vitamins in sufficient quantities. Consequently, even large nutritional studies repeatedly show significant gaps in the supply of B vitamins.
- Thiamine (B1) is involved in energy generation and normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche.
- Riboflavin (B2) plays a role in energy generation and reducing fatigue, maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, and protecting cells and DNA from oxidative damage.
- Nicotinamide (B3) is involved in the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin from L-tryptophan and is needed for proper function of the nervous system, psyche, energy, fatigue, skin and mucous membranes.
- Pantothenic acid (B5) plays a role in the energy generation of the mitochondria and is needed for the synthesis of proteins, cholesterol, steroid hormones and neurotransmitters as well as for the metabolism of vitamins A and D.
- Pyridoxine (B6) is the most important vitamin for amino acid utilisation and is involved in the immune system, hormone activity, nervous system, energy metabolism and the formation of red blood cells.
- Biotin (B7) contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, mucous membranes and hair as well as to the normal function of the energy metabolism, nervous system and metabolism of macronutrients.
- Folic acid (B9) plays a role in cell division, blood formation and the metabolism of amino acids and homocysteine, and it is essential for the healthy development of the foetus.
- Cobalamin (B12) is needed for the formation of red blood cells and for building DNA and proteins.

Directions
Take 5ml (approx. 1 tsp) daily with water or fruit juice. Shake before each opening.
Food Supplement
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Storage
Store unopened between +2°C and +21°C. Store in the refrigerator at least 24 hours before opening and permanently after opening. Shake before each opening. Due to the natural origin of the raw materials, taste, viscosity and colour may vary between batches. Deposits may form at the bottom of the bottle, but this does not affect the quality.
The effervescent gas is a normal reaction of the ingredients at higher temperatures. As our product has a higher content of ingredients than comparable products, the reaction is somewhat stronger. The product can still be consumed without hesitation. The reaction is reversible at refrigerator temperature.
Use within 8 weeks. The product must not be frozen.
