Note
To ensure the safety and functionality of the diffuser, please prevent water from entering the side ventilation channel. Do not tilt the device.
The diffuser should be cleaned every 3 days with a vinegar-based cleaner.
Keep the tank empty when the device is not in use. Only put recommended substances in the diffuser. Essential oils are bioactive substances which should be used sparingly and only in the recommended dose and duration of time.
Best Practices
To thoroughly clean essential oil residues, use cotton wool or a cotton bud soaked in a vinegar-based cleaner. To clean hard-to-reach areas, run the diffuser for 5 minutes first with the cleaner inside and then with water for another 5 minutes.
The diffuser works best with distilled water at room temperature (approx. 20-25 °C). Distilled water prevents limescale residue, making the device easier to clean. No mist is initially produced with cold water.
