Olive Farm

The Azienda Agricolo Americo Quattrociocchi olive farm has a long tradition of producing olive oil, dating back to the 19th century. In recent years, the farm has been catapulted to the very top of the world's olive oil rankings by the family scion, Americo Quattrociocchi. Thanks to the business' successful development, the family won the 'Olive Farm of the Year' award at the Flos Olei 2018.

Cultivation & Processing

The olive farm Azienda Agricola Americo Quattrociocchi is a family business from the Lazio region that has been in existence since 1888. It is located in the hilly landscape of Ciociaria, east of Rome, an area characterised by agriculture, viticulture and olive growing.

As a family business with a long-standing tradition, under its current manager, Americo Quattrociocchi, the Quattrociocchi olive farm has advanced to become an internationally significant player, excelling in passion, expertise and precision. The Azienda's 25,000 olive trees and oil mill are located on 110 hectares of land.

The olives are cultivated and processed according to the highest technical and quality standards. All fruits are harvested by hand and milled directly on site. This facilitates cold pressing within 24 hours at below 27°C without filtration.
