Active Hexose Correlated Compound (AHCC®) is produced via a patented extraction method. The mycelium of the shiitake mushroom undergoes a unique, multi-stage process that involves cultivation and fermentation with the help of selected enzymes, resulting in an extract with an exceptionally high proportion of bioavailable, short-chain alpha glucans. In most medicinal mushrooms, alpha glucans are long-chain and difficult for the body to absorb; AHCC®, however, offers short-chain alpha glucans with a uniquely high bioavailability. Our AHCC® is non-GMO, gluten-, soy- and lactose-free, and produced without the use of chemical solvents.
For the capsule shells we use custom-made HPMC capsules that, unlike most other HPMC and pullulan capsules on the market, are 100% free from controversial additives such as carrageenans and PEG. We then package this product in environmentally friendly amber glass.
Take 1 capsule twice daily with 200ml of water, 20 minutes before eating food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
